At Neri’s Temple Studio, every piece of jewelry comes with a five-year warranty.
Because each jewel is handcrafted with care and intention, this warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as structural issues or stone settings that fail under normal use.
The warranty does not cover natural wear over time, damage caused by accidents, improper use, or lack of care
If anything happens to your jewel, simply send us a message on Instagram, and we will help you find the best solution. Whenever possible, we offer repairs, adjustments, or restoration, honoring the life of your piece so it can continue its journey with you.
Every repair and adjustment is done with the same care and intention as when the jewel was first created, allowing it to remain a sacred talisman, accompanying you for years to come.
Shipping
All jewelry from Neri’s Temple Studio is shipped for free via registered mail with tracking, ensuring it reaches you safely and protected.
Orders are processed for shipping within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, occasional slight delays may occur.
Made-to-order creations may take up to 4 weeks to craft and send. You will always be kept informed throughout the process. Special requests or urgent orders can be noted during checkout, allowing us to prioritize your piece with care and attention.
Jewelry Care
The 24k gold plating protects the brass in its early stages, giving it shine and resistance to oxidation. Over time, slight fading may appear on areas exposed to friction—this is a natural part of your jewelry’s living journey. Even then, the brass retains its golden glow, and the piece continues to radiate beauty, presence, and light, even after years of daily wear.
If you notice any signs of oxidation—completely natural in living metals—simply wash your piece with mild soap, water, and a soft brush. Regular wear, such as washing your hands or showering with your jewelry on, often helps maintain its shine. Some people may notice slight oxidation on the skin, especially with rings, depending on individual pH, which disappears easily with washing.
For extra protection, a transparent hypoallergenic nail polish can be applied to the inner side of rings or bracelets, creating a gentle barrier between metal and skin.
When not worn, store your jewelry in a closed box, protected from sunlight, humidity, and external elements.
Maintenance Service
Every piece from Neri’s Temple Studio is a living talisman. When it deserves a renewed glow, we offer a professional maintenance service.
Our prices are symbolic: €10 for small pieces, €15 for medium pieces and €20 for large pieces.
The service includes cleaning and polishing, replacement of cords and clasps and 24k gold replating.
Each maintenance session is designed to honor your jewelry’s journey, restoring not only its beauty but also its energy and presence, so your talisman continues to accompany you in all its sacred radiance.
